1. About SHPD

SHPD is a platform that allows users to:

  • Create and manage international shipments

  • Upload photos of items

  • Schedule pickups and deliveries

  • Track packages

  • Communicate with support

  • Manage accounts and payment information

SHPD partners with logistics providers to fulfill shipping services.

2. Eligibility

SHPD is available to users of all ages.

However:

  • If you are under 18, you may use SHPD only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • If you are under 13, you may NOT provide personal information unless a parent or guardian consents to your use of SHPD.

Parents/guardians are responsible for:

  • Monitoring the minor’s use of the app

  • Reviewing shipment information

  • Ensuring that shipments are lawful and compliant

SHPD does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent.

3. Account Registration

To use SHPD, you may be required to create an account using:

  • Email and password

  • Phone number

  • Sign in with Apple

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account

  • Ensuring information is accurate

  • Notifying SHPD of unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Shipments and Prohibited Items

By creating a shipment, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate

  • Uploaded photos are real and not misleading

  • Items comply with all shipping & customs regulations

Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives

  • Drugs or controlled substances

  • Toxic, flammable, or dangerous materials

  • Stolen or counterfeit items

  • Live animals

  • Cash or items of exceptional value (unless pre-approved)

  • Perishable goods without proper authorization

Each shipping partner may have additional restrictions.

If you attempt to ship prohibited items, SHPD may:

  • Cancel the shipment

  • Deny refunds

  • Notify authorities if required


5. Pricing, Payments & Adjustments

Shipping prices displayed in the app are based on the information you provide.

You agree that:

  • Prices may change if the package is heavier, larger, or different than declared

  • Customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply in the destination country

  • Additional charges may apply for failed pickups or incorrect addresses

Payments are processed securely via:

  • Stripe

  • Apple Pay

SHPD does not store your full payment card details.

6. Pickups and Delivery

Pickup and delivery times are estimates.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Operational constraints of the courier

  • Recipient unavailability

You are responsible for:

  • Being available at the scheduled pickup time

  • Providing correct and complete addresses

  • Properly packaging items

SHPD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund policy:

  • Before pickup: full or partial refund may be available

  • After pickup: refunds depend on partner carrier policies

  • If prohibited items are found: no refund is provided

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on payment provider.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use SHPD for illegal or fraudulent activity

  • Upload harmful or illegal content

  • Interfere with the SHPD app or systems

  • Misuse discounts or referral programs

SHPD may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, images, logos, and software are owned by PHOENIRA SYSTEMS SL.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Reproduce

  • Reverse-engineer

  • Distribute

any part of SHPD without written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

SHPD works with third-party partners, including:

  • Logistics providers

  • Payment processors (Stripe, Apple Pay)

  • Analytics tools (e.g., Firebase)

  • Cloud hosting providers

Using SHPD means you agree to the terms of these partners where applicable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SHPD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • SHPD is not responsible for losses caused by courier delays or customs

  • SHPD does not guarantee constant availability of the app

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Service.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

Your use of SHPD is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

SHPD complies with:

  • EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

  • DSA (Digital Services Act)

  • Apple App Store policies

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data.

13. Account Deletion

You may delete your account by contacting:

Upon deletion:

  • Your account will be permanently removed

  • Shipment records required by law may be retained

  • Data needed for tax or customs compliance may be kept as required

14. Changes to These Terms

SHPD may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of SHPD after updates constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
