Yes. You can track all shipments in real-time within the app under “My Shipments.”
3.3 What items cannot be shipped?
Prohibited items include:
Weapons, ammunition, explosives
Drugs or controlled substances
Toxic, flammable, or dangerous goods
Cash, stolen property, or counterfeit items
Live animals
Perishables without required authorization
Restrictions may vary by logistics partner.
3.4 How do I cancel or modify a shipment?
If the package has not been picked up, contact support to request a modification or cancellation. Refund eligibility depends on the policies of our logistics partners.
